Shopping Terms and Conditions
Thank you for visiting kwalk.sg. The following page contains the terms and conditions for the products we offer. Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to, and are legally bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
Membership & Privacy Policy
- To place an order on the website, you must register and create an account via the REGISTER section.
- Enter accurate and complete data (name, address, postal code, email, phone/mobile number). Inaccurate data may delay the transaction process or result in failed delivery.
- Jaco reserves the right to delete accounts with incorrect data such as invalid email addresses or phone numbers that cannot be verified.
- All submitted data will be kept confidential. Jaco will not disclose your data to third parties, except upon a lawful request from an authorized authority as part of an investigation or similar process.
- Jaco is not responsible for any data breaches caused by external actions, such as when you intentionally or unintentionally share your password with others, or in the event of data theft.
Products
- All Jaco products have undergone clinical testing and are proven safe and suitable for use.
- Product specifications are provided according to information from the vendor and are maintained to ensure accuracy.
- Jaco is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in product information caused by factors beyond our control. However, we make every effort to prevent such occurrences.
- Customers are deemed to have reviewed and understood the product specifications before placing an order.
Orders
- Complete and accurate order details must be provided, including house number, sub-district, district, postal code, and a valid phone/mobile number to facilitate delivery.
- All orders received will be processed during working hours (Daily from 08:00–20:00). Orders placed outside operating hours will be processed the following day.
- Orders not completed within 3 days will be automatically canceled by the system without prior notice.
- No cancellation fee will apply if the order is canceled before shipment.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are in the delivery process. Products can be returned in accordance with the company’s applicable return policy.
- Orders placed outside this website are not the responsibility of Jaco for any complaints, returns, or other matters. The official Jaco TV Shopping and K-Walk sites are only jaco.co.id, k-walk.co.id and kwalk.sg.
Payment
- For orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, please contact our operator for more information.
- Make payment according to the total stated in the purchase invoice.
- The total payment on the invoice includes shipping costs, except for heavy equipment products such as fitness machines and others. Shipping costs for such products will be provided manually by the operator and sent through the agreed delivery service.
- We are not responsible for payments made to any account other than PT. JACO NUSANTARA MANDIRI (for jaco.co.id and k-walk.co.id only).
- Accepted payment methods include COD, cash deposit, bank transfer, and credit card.
- Payments via cash deposit or bank transfer must include an order number in the payment note. If unable to include this note, please confirm with us directly.
- Full payment can be made using Mastercard, Visa, JCB, and American Express credit cards.
- 0% installment plans are available only for BCA credit cardholders, with a minimum purchase of IDR 1,000,000 for 3- and 6-month installments, and a minimum of IDR 2,500,000 for 12-month installments (for jaco.co.id and k-walk.co.id only).
- After making payment, immediately confirm your payment via the payment confirmation page or through our customer service operator.
- Ensure all data entered on the website is accurate, and keep your proof of payment until you receive the ordered product.
- Transactions cannot be canceled once completed.
- If you accidentally make an overpayment (duplicate payment), please contact our operator immediately and follow the refund procedure.
- For overpayments or duplicate payments, we will refund the excess amount using the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping
- Products are inspected for condition and functionality before shipping.
- Jaco offers free shipping and COD service for certain areas.
- For deliveries outside the free shipping and COD coverage areas, shipping rates will apply based on product weight/dimensions, chosen courier service, and selected service features.
- The shipping address will follow the information provided in the order invoice’s Shipping Address.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address details.
- If reshipment is required due to incorrect data, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Loss of shipments caused by the courier service is entirely the responsibility of the courier company.
- Customers are entitled to a refund equal to the product price if the product is not delivered within 10 days from the payment date.
- Shipments are made Monday to Friday before 14:00 WIB and Saturday before 10:30 WIB, following administrative processing.
Product Warranty and Return Policy
- The warranty applies to motorized products or certain specified products, and the type of warranty provided is service warranty only, excluding spare part replacement.
- The warranty is void if the required data is incomplete, or if the damage occurs due to misuse or natural disasters.
- If the item received does not match the order—whether in quantity, size, color, or if it arrives damaged and is therefore unusable—you may return the item within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while the shipping cost to send the replacement product will be covered by Jaco.
- The process for returning the product and refunding the payment will be completed within 7 business days after the product is received by Jaco.
- Any request for product exchange (Return) must be accompanied by an unboxing video of the received product.
- Return requests submitted without the unboxing video may result in the complaint being rejected.
- Returns due to size exchanges will have the shipping cost fully borne by the customer.
- For return and warranty information, please contact our Customer Care, and the process will follow the applicable procedures.
