PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

  • The warranty applies to motorized products or certain specified products, and the type of warranty provided is service warranty only, excluding spare part replacement.
  • The warranty is void if the required data is incomplete, or if the damage occurs due to misuse or natural disasters.
  • If the item received does not match the order—whether in quantity, size, color, or if it arrives damaged and is therefore unusable—you may return the item within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while the shipping cost to send the replacement product will be covered by Jaco.
  • The process for returning the product and refunding the payment will be completed within 7 business days after the product is received by Jaco.
  • Any request for product exchange (Return) must be accompanied by an unboxing video of the received product.
  • Return requests submitted without the unboxing video may result in the complaint being rejected.
  • Returns due to size exchanges will have the shipping cost fully borne by the customer.
