The warranty applies to motorized products or certain specified products, and the type of warranty provided is service warranty only, excluding spare part replacement.
The warranty is void if the required data is incomplete, or if the damage occurs due to misuse or natural disasters.
If the item received does not match the order—whether in quantity, size, color, or if it arrives damaged and is therefore unusable—you may return the item within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while the shipping cost to send the replacement product will be covered by Jaco.
The process for returning the product and refunding the payment will be completed within 7 business days after the product is received by Jaco.
Any request for product exchange (Return) must be accompanied by an unboxing video of the received product.
Return requests submitted without the unboxing video may result in the complaint being rejected.
Returns due to size exchanges will have the shipping cost fully borne by the customer.
